Here is my transcription of "After the Rain" by Bruce Cockburn on _Bruce Cockburn Live_ ('89). Enjoy Peter Rettinger (peter.rettinger@gmail.com) Starts off kind of free flowing, and then moves into the 4/4 time with repeating bass note that is Bruce's signiture. I strongly suggest learning this while listening to the recording cited above. While I've tried to make this transcription note-for-note, I very much doubt that it is perfect. In particular, bars 21 to 24 don't quite sound right. I believe the hammer-on is only done once in bars 22 and 23, but I couldn't quite hear exactly what he was doing (I think it's just a combination of hammer-on/muted strings but I can't seem to play this, hence I couldn't very well transcribe it). Chords: I know quite a few, but I have no idea what they are called. :) So, instead of putting the names of chords above the Tablature I decided just to list the major chords in TAB format with the fingerings that work best for me. It should be relatively easy to match the chords up with the Tablature, but in case you can't let me know and I'll do something about it.
